报名须知
一．活动时间、地点
1.活动日期：2024年9月21日（星期六）
2.活动时间：
全天分为4个场次，上午、下午各两个场次：
出发时间上午9:00-10:00
出发时间上午10:00-11:00
出发时间下午14:00-15:00
出发时间下午15:00-16:00
分批起跑，间隔5-10分钟。
3.活动地点：上海市浦东新区森兰绿地中段
二．报名时间
报名开启后，报完即止。鉴于The Color Run™在上海的受欢迎程度，所有名额有可能在短时间内报满，请彩色跑者们在第一时间报名。各位选手可以在The Color Run™上海站报名整体结束后，在The Color Run™官方小程序查询报名结果。
三．报名方式
1．2024 The Color Run™上海站均为线上报名。
2．参赛者必须如实填写个人报名资料，经官网、官方微信小程序、授权的第三方报名合作平台报名。
四．报名资格
（一）参赛者年龄要求
参赛者限6周岁及以上（2018年9月21日前出生），18岁以下未成年人参赛需要求其监护人或法定代理人签署参赛声明；
（二）参赛者身体状况要求
有下列身体状况者不宜参加比赛:
1.先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者；
2.高血压和脑血管疾病患者；
3.心肌炎和其它心脏病患者；
4.冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者；
5.血糖过高或过低的糖尿病患者；
6.比赛日前两周以内患感冒；
7.其他不适合运动的疾病患者；
8.孕妇；
9.呼吸道疾病或粉尘过敏者。
五．注意事项
1.报名者应真实、准确填写报名信息（姓名、性别、有效证件号码、联系电话等）。
2.报名者如实填写报名信息，填写完成后提交报名信息，报名时需全额缴纳报名费用。The Color Run™上海站报名整体结束后，可通过官方小程序查询报名结果，显示报名信息者即报名成功。
3.报名成功的参赛者，赛前凭本人报名订单生成的领物二维码及本人签署的免责声明领取参赛物品。活动允许代领参赛物品，被委托人应持委托文件原件，委托人签署的免责声明原件、委托人参赛物品领取码及被委托人有效证件原件或复印件领取参赛物品。
4.报名成功后，报名信息不能更改
5.退款条件：参赛日两周前，且在各购票平台客服人员正常工作时间段（10：00-18：00）内，购票人若需退票可申请全额退票，退票申请在2024年9月6日18点截止。
上述退票仅支持整单整退（仅支持整单中所有门票全退）。
2024年9月6日18点起，不再受理退票申请。
6.入场规则：须携带报名人在购票时填写的本人有效身份证件实名验证后入场。
7. 由于参赛服制作工期长，已于报名前进行制作，部分尺码数量有限，请予以理解和配合。
8.禁止携带旗帜、旗杆、横幅、条幅、违禁食品、管制刀具、打火机、冷焰火、上海市轨道交通禁止携带物品及非The Color Run官方的彩色粉末等物品。

Event Information of 2024 The Color Run™ Shanghai
1)Event Date and Venue
1.Event Date: September 21, 2024 (Saturday)
2.The event will be staged from 8:30 and 12:00 in the morning and from 13:30 to 17:00 in the afternoon. Participants will start in waves during 9:00-11:00 in the morning and 14:00-16:00 in the afternoon and the intervals between waves will be around 5-10 minutes.
3.Venue: Sunland Park in Pudong District
2)Registration Period
The registration has begun and will end as soon as the slots are sold out. Given high popularity of The Color Run™ in Shanghai, the slots are very likely to be sold out in a short period of time. It is highly recommended to secure your slot at your earliest convenience. After the registration process of 2024 The Color Run™ Shanghai is completed, all participants can log on the official WeChat mini program of The Color Run™ to check the registration results.
3)How to register
1．2024 The Color Run™ Shanghai is required to register online.
2．All participants are required to submit authentic personal information through The Color Run™’s official website, official WeChat mini program, and other authorized registration platforms.
4)Registration Qualification
1．Age Qualification: participants must be born in or before 2018 (older than 6-year-old). Guardians or legal representatives of the participants, who are under 18-year-old, are required to sign the event disclaimer.
2．Physical Qualification: the participants under the following conditions are not allowed in this event, including but not limited to:
a)Congenital heart disease & rheumatic heart disease
b)Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases
c)Myocarditis and other heart diseases
d)Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia
e)Diabetics with high blood sugar or low blood sugar
f)Catching a cold within two weeks before the event
g)Any symptom that is not suitable for running
h)The pregnant women
5)Notice
1.All participants should submit personal information authentically and correctly, including name, sex, ID number and phone number.
2.All participants must provide the complete personal information and pay the registration fee in full. After the registration process of 2024 The Color Run™ Shanghai is completed, registration results will be available to check through the official WeChat mini program of The Color Run™. The registration is successful if personal information can be found in the system.
3.All participants will need to pick up event packs/bags with the signed disclaimer and the QR code in the official WeChat mini program of The Color Run™. If you are unable to collect your event pack, someone else can collect it on your behalf with a signed consent letter providing permission from you, the disclaimer signed by you, your QR code in the official WeChat mini program of The Color Run™ and ID or a copy of ID of the person who will collect the event pack.
4.Once registered, the personal information cannot be changed.
5.Refund policy: you can apply for full refund through your registration platforms during office hours (10am-6pm) by COB September6, 2024. After 6pm, September 6, 2024, the registration fee will not be refunded any more.
6.Please be aware that you must bring the original ID you used to register 2024 The Color Run™ Shanghai to check in the event on September.21, 2024.
7.Due to the long lead time of production and transportation, official apparels in various sizes have been ordered before the registration process starts. Your understanding is much appreciated.
